The Founder of the National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF), Dr. Boniface Aniebonam, has donated N1 million each to the Umeadi and Emeka cash groups as logistical support ahead of the forthcoming Apapa Chapter election.
Aniebonam, also known as Ozo Ebubechukwu Umuawulu, made the donation as the association moved to end prolonged litigation and avoidable petitions surrounding the election.
He urged all contestants and voters to prepare for the electoral process, stressing the need for unity and a credible, transparent and people-oriented election.
The NAGAFF Founder said the association’s National President, Akuyie Nwata Agulu, remained committed to ensuring that the election reflected the wishes of members.

He warned that any further actions capable of distracting or dividing the association would attract expulsion from the NAGAFF family without further notice.
Aniebonam also cautioned national officers, board members and established standing committees at the national headquarters against meddling in the election or openly supporting any contestant.
According to him, any national officer, board member or standing committee found violating the directive would be relieved of their responsibilities and expelled from the association.
He said the time had come to end acts capable of undermining the unity of NAGAFF, describing the association as one large and united family.
The Founder further disclosed that a new electoral guideline would shortly be released by the office of the National President to guide the conduct of the Apapa Chapter election.
