The Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Widescope Group, Dr Segun Musa, has paid a courtesy visit to the Deputy Inspector-General of Police in charge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and supervising DIG for the South-West geopolitical zone, DIG Adegoke Fayoade, at the Force Headquarters in Abuja.
During the visit, Musa commended Fayoade for his professionalism, intelligence-driven policing and commitment to duty, describing the DIG’s performance in previous strategic positions as commendable.
Musa recalled the Emotional Intelligence Skills training organised and sponsored by Global Transport Policy Academy, one of his companies, for Traffic Police officers during Fayoade’s tenure as Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command.
He said the training contributed to improving the performance and effectiveness of Traffic Police officers, adding that the initiative was part of his commitment to supporting institutions working to improve public service.
Musa assured the DIG of his continued support for the Nigeria Police Force, particularly in areas where private-sector collaboration could contribute to improved policing and public safety.
Responding, DIG Fayoade expressed appreciation to Musa for what he described as his uncommon support for the Police Force.
He acknowledged Musa’s continued partnership with the Force and prayed for greater success in his business and professional endeavours.
